We’re happy to offer everyone the chance to get BLS/CPR certified! This class is all about building real, life-saving skills that can make a difference both in and outside the studio.

You can sign up for either of the two class dates below  - it doesn’t matter which studio you usually work at.

EBF is covering $75 of the cost, so your total is just $25 for this hands-on training.

What to Expect:

  1. Welcome & Intro – Get to know your instructor and the group.
  2. Kickoff Video – A quick, inspiring look at why CPR skills matter.
  3. Scenario Learning – Watch a short video, then jump into hands-on practice.
  4. Skill Practice – Learn compressions, rescue breaths, choking response, and AED use.
  5. Team Scenarios – Work together through real-life emergency situations.
  6. Wrap-Up & Test – Quick review, questions, and a short test to finish strong.

You’ll leave certified and ready, plus you’ll get a personal keychain pocket mask to take with you.
